What Do Out Clients Say About Us?

Tom Clark, Operating Partner, Thoma Bravo and former CFO, Idaptive

Idaptive, based in Santa Clara, California, is the leading provider of Next-Gen Access solutions for identity and access management. Idaptive delivers Next-Gen Access, protecting organizations from data breaches through a Zero Trust approach. Idaptive secures access to applications and endpoints by verifying every user, validating their devices, and intelligently limiting their access.

The business has been working with Nucleus to handle subsidiary company setup, compliance and employee onboarding in the United Kingdom and India.  Tom Clark, CFO, has worked with Nucleus President Dr. Shan Nair since 2005 and relies on the company’s ability to handle international expansion issues with a high degree of expertise that, Mr. Clark states is “unsurpassed in terms of experience and practicality”.  “Nucleus is our one-stop shop for all our international expansion needs and provides us with the most efficient and cost-effective way to expand internationally.  Among other issues, they have helped us navigate the various options in terms of entity types that are applicable to our circumstances in each country and then helped us setup the chosen entities, thereafter providing full service day-to-day and local country compliance support”, added Mr. Clark.

“I don’t have to worry about anything when Nucleus is involved,” said Mr. Clark.  “I have all the confidence in the world that Nucleus can provide us with all the help and guidance we need.”

Nucleus also provides what Mr. Clark refers to as an “India incubator service” to help Idaptive get going quickly in India even as the setup of the India subsidiary was progressing.

“Frankly, Nucleus has the legal expertise that rivals the most prestigious international law firms, but they are far more cost effective, business focused and nimble”, added Mr. Clark.
